Yes. Blueprint is a free entry point. It clarifies your launch path, open questions, and likely support needs. It does not imply regulatory approval or complete readiness.
What does Launch Kit cost?
Launch Kit is $599 one-time. It is a self-directed materials engagement for owners who can execute significant portions themselves. Filum fees do not include government, licensing, bond, legal, technology, insurance, vendor, or other third-party costs.
What does Managed Launch cost?
Managed Launch is $599/month · launch year. After the launch year, the approved renewal rate is $399/month after launch year. 12-month service commitment. Filum fees do not include government, licensing, bond, legal, technology, insurance, vendor, or other third-party costs.
Is there a setup fee?
Launch Kit is a one-time fee — there is no separate setup fee beyond that amount. Managed Launch and Operate have no separate setup fee in approved public terms. Correspondent includes a standup fee when scoped.
Is there a service commitment?
Managed Launch includes a 12-month service commitment. Blueprint has none. Launch Kit is one-time. Operate has no published minimum term in approved public terms.
Are government and vendor fees included?

Does Launch Kit credit toward an upgrade?
The full Launch Kit amount ($599) applies toward Managed Launch at any time. The credit applies to Managed Launch service fees. This is not a refund. Terms of application are governed by the executed agreement.
Can Filum guarantee licensing approval or timing?
No. Filum does not guarantee licensing approval, licensing timing, launch date, production, income, or correspondent approval. Regulators and third parties control those outcomes.
Can I start with one plan and move to another?
Yes within the commercial ladder. Blueprint is the free entry. Launch Kit can move into Managed Launch with the approved credit applied. Operate is the ongoing support level after or near launch. The full Launch Kit amount ($599) applies toward Managed Launch at any time. The credit applies to Managed Launch service fees.
What happens after launch?
Most companies continue into Operate ($799/month) for ongoing compliance and operating support. Correspondent readiness is a later-stage option for companies preparing to fund in their own name — not an automatic next step, and not a guarantee of approval.
Service scope is governed by the executed agreement. Filum does not guarantee licensing approval, licensing timing, launch date, production, income, or correspondent approval. Regulators and third parties control review timing, licensing decisions, bond issuance, vendor approval, warehouse decisions, and investor approval. New York company licensing is excluded by design.
